Many students in the Program for Refugee Elders are experienced weavers, knitters, hand sewers, etc and are interested in learning a new skill - using the sewing machine. Perfect for experienced sewers with the patience to teach others across a language barrier. Machines and fabric are provided.
Time Commitment:
Students are at the senior center from about 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays.
