Seeking marketing and event associates to assist in producing an innovative series of live programs at Lincoln Center in New York. Tasks include: internet research, identification of email addresses, management of eventbrite and social media, overseeing travel logistics for involved artists. While the programs take place in New York and on-the-ground presence is certainly an asset, much of the work can be done virtually. The Executive Producer is based in Palo Alto CA and will be in NYC for the programs.

Vital components of the programs are film, dance and Cuba. For an associate interested in these area, this is a particularly exciting opportunity. While there's lots to be done in preparation for the inital April 8th program, there's flexibility in terms of time/hours on a day-to-day basis.

Description

Identify important issues, develop original stories, build production/post-production teams, secure major foundation funding and legal rights, lead all aspects of filming while retaining creative control, negotiate distribution deals, and develop film festival, marketing and community engagement strategies.
