ORGANIZATION: One Step Ahead Youth Empowerment Project

One Step Ahead is looking to add a dedicated and experienced web, social media and graphics coordinator to the team. The role will be responsible for all web uploads and changes, driving social acquisition, content, strategy and monetization efforts.

Social Media is a vital component of our digital expansion plan and we are looking for a creative, passionate, proactive individual with prior in-house Web / Social Media experience to help advance our current approach.

Duties :

-Create, organize, review, edit and publish web and social media content on the One Staep Ahead web and social media channels

-Develop and manage social media content calendars Coordinate with various teams to execute.

-Social roadmap creation and implementation

-Develop a plan and maintain goals for social monetization

-Vet new social technologies and services (Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, new social ad types) -Manage day-to-day communication with outside social agency Develop brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and cultivate leads and sales Monitor, listen, and respond to users creating two way communication

-Create and maintain new campaigns across a variety of social channels Monitor and analyze various campaigns to determine their impact & optimize for future

One Step Ahead Youth Empowerment Project is a 501c3 nonprofit organization which operates to assist teens and young adults with educational opportunities and life skills. Our goal is assist this target group including underprivileged youth, with limited opportunities to educational resources including college test prep, application, funding and support during the transition to adulthood.
