Disability Partnerships is a 501c3 community-based organization with a mission to improve the lives of persons with physical disabilities. Founded in 2015, the organization is an emerging nonprofit. We are in need of volunteers who will help with board recruitment and development. The job of building a board is a critical factor in the success of a nonprofit, we are searching for people with communication skills, marketing, research and/or human resources. This opportunity is not just about finding the right leaders who have skill sets and perspectives that align with our organization’s strategies, goals, and needs it is also about building toward the future expansion of our organization. Your volunteer efforts will have lasting impact on this nonprofit organization.

Description
Disability Partnerships is a community-based 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to provide support with the social, health and economic issues that are often faced by persons living with a physical disability. We use a partner relationship model to draw upon proven techniques and find solutions to the social problem of physical disability.
