Provides administrative support to the executive team including coordinating meetings, assisting with meeting preparation, travel arrangements, and occasional concierge services.
Help completing projects and special assignments upon request.
Assist with data entry and research as needed
Serve as support for fundraising and development activities, as assigned in the Chapter office
Other duties as assigned
Must be Tech Savvy! Good problem solving skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows programs, Outgoing and positive personality, and has a proven ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality*This position is available for credit.
