The Como Activity & Wellness Center is in need of a food bank driver to pick up and load donated food from Tarrant Area Food Bank ( 2525 Cullen St, Fort Worth, TX 76107) every first Friday of the month. Volunteer will transport and unload food to Como Activity Center located at 4900 Horne Street, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Volunteers will need to use their own vehicle (a truck with a flatbed is recommended), lift up to 20 pounds, and will need to be able to walk. Minimum training will be provided by a current volunteer.
Schedule: April 7, May 5, June 2, July 7, August 4, September 8, October 6, November 3, Decdember 1.
