General Statement of Duties:The Development and Marketing Associate will work closely with the Development Director, Development Committee and other staff to support marketing, fundraising and communications for the organization.
Qualifications:A minimum of 2 years college education, major in Communications, Marketing or Public Administration preferred. 1-2 years experience in a professional environment. Strong writing and proofreading skills, proactive, self-starter, resourceful, responsive to feedback, fast learner with ability to multi-task.
Related Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Work with staff to develop and implement strategies to improve organizational visibility and public relations activities
- Write and edit newsletters, program brochures, flyers, etc.
- Manage social media accounts
- Manage website
- Assist with donor database management
