We need volunteers for our 5th Annual Walk for Kid's Growth on Sunday, April 09, 2017, at Flushing Meadows Park, in Queens from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. All ages are welcome. Individuals and groups are welcome! Volunteers will receive: - Free Food & Refreshments - Letter of recommendation for their community service hours (upon request) Volunteers will assist with: - Set Up and Break Down - Carnival Games - Face Painting - Giveaways - Stage Assistance - Walk Guides - And More Walk for Kid's Growth will feature: - Scenic 3-Mile Fun Walk - Free Food - Live Entertainment - Resource & Display Booths - Refreshments - Giveaways - Carnival Games, Magicians, Face Painting and more! Approximately 500-700 people will come together in a massive, powerful, and inspiring demonstration of compassion in action! Please join us, volunteer, and be a part of the extraordinary power of individuals coming together to be a part of a GROWing solution.
