Home + History Las Vegas Weekend (HHLV) weekend celebrates Nevada's history by fostering an appreciation for historic and important architecture within Las Vegs. The weekend consists of an engaging series of events centered around various types of 20th century design, sustainability, art, culture and community here in Las Vegas. HHLV 2018 includes home tours, architectural bus tours, historic district walking tours, Neon tours, films, lectures and nightly cocktail parties. We are currently in need of volunteers to help staff these various events. Our largest need is volunteers to help staff the Vintage Vegas Home Tour which takes place on Sunday April 29th from 12pm - 5:30pm. We will have two shifts of volunteers: Shift 1 11:30 - 3:00, and Shift 2 2:30 - 6:00. Volunteers help the homeowners get set up and/or clean up, man the front door to check wristbands and help limit the traffic in the house, and be available to answer any questions that might come up. During your off-shift, you are invited to tour the homes on your own as well.
Ideally, volunteers will be available for the Vintage Vegas Home Tour, as well as one or two other events throughout the weekend.
