Purpose:

The RWTC Program Team Lead is tasked with supporting the implementation, drive, and sustainability of the Ready When the Time Comes (RWTC) within their region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as a liaison between NHQ, and key stakeholders of the program to cultivate a support system for successful management and growth of partnerships.
* Present, maintain, and strengthen relationships with RWTC program leads.
* Help keep RWTC records clean, including managing volunteer connection reports.
* Develop and lead on-going communications with RWTC program team leaders the form of monthly calls, along with bi-yearly reporting of engagement and continued program support.
* Day to day management of program plans include managing communication of RWTC general mailbox
* Work closely with National Program Manager on program implementation, feedback and guidance.
* Attend monthly conference call meetings with National Headquarters
