Activities Assistants: We need patient, caring, upbeat individuals to help coordinate activities such as games, puzzles, music, or any appropriate entertainment for nursing facility residents. Volunteer 2 to 3 times per week. This opportunity is not only rewarding, it’s fun! No matter where you live, there's a senior who needs you in a facility near you.

The Volunteer Center of Clearfield County (VCCC) provides opportunities for people to make a difference in their community through volunteer service. Sponsored by the Clearfield County Area Agency on Aging, Inc., VCCC is dedicated to making a difference in our community through volunteer service. Volunteers contribute anywhere from a few to over forty hours a week, serving through schools, environmental organizations, nursing/personal care homes, hospitals and other nonprofit and public organizations to help meet critical community needs. VCCC offers maximum flexibility and choice to its volunteers. VCCC matches the personal interests and skills of older Americans with opportunities to help solve community problems and on-the-job training from the agency or organization where volunteers are placed.
