As a companion you will befriend or mentor an adult male who has intellectual and developmental disabilities. Hours are late afternoon/evenings M-F or weekends and are flexible depending on your schedule and availability. Play board or video games, bird watch, do nail painting, take a walk, go shopping or just talk. As you get to know each other there may be other activities you want to plan to do together like going to an event in the community.
Give of yourself and your time weekly, biweekly or once a month.

Since 1961, Hattie Larlham has provided care through community homes and long term care facilities, adult day programs, and employment services. Volunteer opportunities include Northeast Ohio and Franklin county.
