We are an innovative senior center serving brunch to older adults on Saturdays in Astoria.
We are in need of a front desk receptionist who can greet members, get everyone passing to sign in, sell lunch tickets, answer an occasional phone call and do light clerical work. Ideally two persons will be at the desk at all times.
All are encouraged to apply but persons speaking Greek, Spanish or another language would be particularly helpful.

HANAC, Inc. - originally founded by George Douris as the Hellenic American Neighborhood Action Committee - is a New York City-based multi-faceted social services organization with administrative offices at 27-40 Hoyt Avenue S in Astoria and fiscal office at 1250 Broadway in New York City. The organization was founded in 1972 to serve the needs of vulnerable populations throughout New York City.
