The Arthritis Foundation is the longest standing non-profit organization to help combat arthritis, while offering help to those disabled. Our local branch is currently looking for passionate board members who wants to make a difference in children, teens, and adults lives.

A quick snapshot into Board Member Responsibilities:

  • Board members are responsible for meeting a minimum giving requirement.
  • Community Leadership and Influence
  • Financial Support and Outreach (Participate in at least one special event- Walk to Cure Arthritis, Jingle Bell Run, Kids Get Arthritis Too! Golf Tournament, Juvenile Arthritis Day)
  • Volunteer Identification, Cultivation and Recruitement

Many of us, if we aren't suffering from arthrits, we know someone who is. One in five adults suffer from arthrits, along with over 300,000 children in the United States. Arthritis makes it nearly impossible to do daily activities...so let's come together to support those suffering and find a cure!
