Specific Duties:

To assist with various duties related to the administrative functions within the Customer Relations Service Line. i.e. answering phone line, returning calls, delivering messages, filing, creating labels for folders, organizing files, typing in Word, etc.

Qualifications & Training Required:

Proficient with Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, etc. Knowledgeable in the use of copiers, faxes, and printers. Effective interpersonal skills. Superior customer service skills.

Performance Evaluation:

Will be completed by supervisor
