About

Purpose:

To establish a dedicated regionally-based workforce to enhance Facilities Administration activities. Support to process over $60M annual repairs & maintenance expense that will enable the Red Cross to better utilize budgets by providing building-level expense visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilities Administration is a centralized accounting payable unit for facilities repairs & maintenance activities and services the entire American Red Cross organization.

The position works closely with the Senior Specialist and Portfolio Specialist to support accounts payable activities:
- be a part of a team that processes facilities-related expenses organization-wide
- learn to analyze accounts payable data and track payment process
- work with multiple systems in order to process expenses and monitor payment
- prepare expenses and process expenses for payment

Assist with ad hoc projects as needed

Helping us to process facilities-related expenses provides building-level expense visibility and better utilization of budget funds so we continue to meet our mission.
