Join Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity the week leading up to Mother's Day and help us give back to women in our community! The 2017 Women Build will take place at two construction rehab sites in Independence, Missouri. Both homeowners are single moms who are working hard to provide a better life for their families. The volunteer dates are Tuesday, May 9th through Saturday, May 13th. You can sign up to volunteer for one day or all 5! We will have Women Build t-shirts, prizes for top fundraisers and you will get to meet and work with our homeowners. No construction experience is necessary. We will provide all tools and training on-site. Lunch will be provided each day. Contact Joanna to sign up!
