Hello Miami's most FABULOUS volunteers!
Team OUT Miami volunteers will be staffing TransCon 17'-- a FREE job fair + leadership conference for the transgender and gender non-conforming communities and their allies taking place at Barry University on Friday and Saturday, March 3rd and 4th, 2017.
Volunteers will welcome and register attendees, monitor workshops and provide general support to conference staff.

Team OUT Miami goes OUT in the COMMUNITY to show Miami that LGBT people care about a spectrum of issues facing the Greater Miami area-- both within and beyond the LGBT community. We are here to break down barriers through service!

We are a 501c(3) not-for-profit charitable organization whose mission is to build an engaged, philanthropic LGBT community in the Greater Miami Area.
Together, we are:
MOBILIZING HUNDREDS OF VOLUNTEERS through our Team OUT Miami program, where LGBT people can volunteer with LGBT-serving organizations, participate in our OUT Miami Days of Service, or volunteer as a group in the Greater Miami area with charities addressing community issues such as homelessness, education, and youth.
