ORGANIZATION: SourcePoint: Thrive after 55

Our awesome volunteers alleviate senior hunger in all corners of Delaware County by delivering hot and delicious scratched-cooked meals door-to-door.

Meals are delivered Monday-Friday from about 10:30am-12:30pm. A typical volunteer delivers for the same route once a week, but other options, including on-call substitution, are available. Meal drivers receive a free meal and optional reimbursement ($.66 per mile) for mileage driven.

Meals are loaded into the volunteer's vehicle via a drive thru line. Empty coolers are returned to SourcePoint and unloaded from the vehicle for the volunteer. Drop off/pick up locations are 800 Cheshire Rd, Delaware, or 150 Walnut St, Sunbury.

SourcePoint is your primary source of professional expertise, services, and programs for Delaware County adults who want to thrive after 55. We can point you in the right direction by providing direct assistance as well as referrals.

We provide community support with in-home care services such as Meals On Wheels, help with chores, and transportation to medical appointments, as well as resources and support for family caregivers.

We are also your source for both fun and fitness -- our 44,000-square-foot enrichment center hosts a wide variety of programs and trips.
