The Tempe Festival of the Arts is one of the largest and longest running art festivals in the valley. The festival boasts over 350 artists and 225,000+ guests over the course of the three day weekend. Volunteers are instrumental in helping a festival of this size run smoothly.
With 11 volunteer roles to choose from and different time slots each day, there is something for everybody! Some of the roles include:
- Booth Sitting
- Chalk-a-Lot street
- Festival Greeters
- Artist Hospitality Cart aid
- and many more!
All volunteers get free festival parking!

Description
The DTA is a non-profit that provides year-round enhanced services to the Downtown Tempe district in order to foster a vibrant urban core.
The DTA offers a plethora of volunteer opportunities ranging from our time-honored community events, such as the Tempe Festival of the Arts and Fantasy of Lights parades, to community based initiatives at local charities.
