WomenFest 2017

The Howard County Office on Aging and Independence will be hosting its 9th annual WomenFest on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at the Gary J. Arthur Community Center at Glenwood. Volunteers are needed to help assist with this FUN and INTERACTIVE event. This year's event will feature free health screenings, a series of interactive workshops and engaging seminars, cooking and fitness demos and a wide array of vendors and exhibitors of products and services geared towards women.

Description

The Office on Aging and Independence promotes the full inclusion of persons with disabilities, addresses the needs of an increasingly diverse cultural community, and supports the desires of our citizens to remain independent as they grow older. Our commitment to a No Wrong Door approach makes it easier for older adults, caregivers, adults with disabilities and their families to find the services they need.
