We are looking for bloggers who have written about either nutrition, sport or relaxation and would allow us to share existing material on our site. It would be fantastic to see this information delivered in an engaging way and absolutely amazing if that knowledge is supported by appropriate education or training. However, if anyone has personal experience of improving their mental health through any - or all - of the above and wants to describe what worked for them, we'd love to share that, too.
We offer free counselling and support to children and young people who live with emotionally abusive step-parents and feel this information is a necessary addition to our services. Lifestyle choices affect mental health and we hope to encourage our target audience to take control of their lives through things they can change and inspire them by example.
