Join Team Ohio Women’s Refuge at the World Race for Hope Columbus 5K+ on Sat., April 8 at 10AM at Scioto Audubon Park. This is a 4.1 mile run/walk (one mile more than a 5K). Registration is FREE when you raise at least $100 in donations for Ohio Women’s Refuge. We are fundraising so OWR can continue to provide housing and healing to women that have been victims of sex trafficking.

Sign-up at www.RunSignUp.com/OWR. One Mile Fun Walk and Virtual Race options also available.

Registration and fundraising pages are open now. Fundraising pages will remain open through April 30. Ask your friends, family, employer, and church to sponsor you as you run or walk for vcitims of human trafficking. We encourage you to be bold in your asking as you are speaking and asking for women that need help, not for yourself.

Mission Statement

Ohio Women’s Refuge is committed to helping women escape sex trafficking and sexually exploitation by providing safe housing, counseling, medical treatment, life skills and employment preparation. While the women are recovering at the Refuge, we love them unconditionally, encourage them and pray for them as they work through sustainable hurt, which usually began in childhood. We show them what healthy relationships are like and prepare women to live a self-sustaining life. We do this all through the power of Jesus Christ and believe that complete healing is possible for every woman through Him.
