Hello volunteers!

Thank you all so much for volunteering your time with I Love A Clean San Diego!

Our 15 th Annual Creek to Bay is fast approaching on Earth Day, April 22 nd!

At last year’s event, 6,400 volunteersremoved over 150,000 pounds of litter from over 110 sites throughout the county, a groundbreaking event!

In preparation for the event, we are looking for volunteers for our Packing Party to assist in assembling boxes of supplies to make this Creek to Bay Cleanup an even bigger success!

Volunteers will report to our office in Liberty Station to help out on the days and times below:

Through outreach, community involvement and example, I Love A Clean San Diego leads and educates our community to actively conserve and enhance the environment.

Description

I Love A Clean San Diego (ILACSD) is a widely recognized non-profit, environmental education organization committed to conservation and waste reduction. ILACSD operates a Recycling & Household Hazardous Waste Call Center, holds workshops, and provides community outreach and presentations throughout San Diego County. ILACSD has built strong partnerships with community members and local and state governments in order to enhance environmental education and awareness in San Diego. ILACSD provides pollution prevention programs and hosts other educational activities in order to create a safer environmental climate. Volunteer projects include community cleanups and storm drain stenciling.
