Prospective volunteer will:
- Answer phone calls from the public.
- Utilize TCMU website to answer questions from the public.
- Redirect phone calls, as necessary.
- Take down messages for phone calls he/she cannot answer and give to relevant staff member.
Peak hours for phone calls are roughly 9:00 AM-11:00 AM and 1:00 PM- 4:00 PM on weekdays.
