About

Colorado's rocky mountains get all the glory, but a few birders know what wonderful habitat still exists on Colorado's plains. Nestled between farm fields on either side, the South Platte riparian corridor is a highway of traffic for birds, mammals and fishes. This spring WRV will mobilize EAST of I-25 to restore an island that is eroding away after the 2013 floods. Because who doesn't want to spend a day on an island?
