Do you have a heart for low-income urban populations? Are you interested in the Chinese immigrant community of Boston?
ACCESS Adult Basic Education Program is seeking for mature volunteer ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teacher for the summer morning and evening classes. Description
We are a nonprofit, nondenominational Christian outreach community service agency created to serve and empower Chinese immigrant families in and around Boston with a holistic Christian approach. We strive to help bridge generation and culture gaps within families, believing that health and reconciliation are possible through Christ. We also hope to further the understanding of both the American and Chinese cultures for each generation and to encourage access to this multicultural society and to each other within the family.
