We're looking for dedicated, compassionate volunteers for our Meals on Wheels America program which operates out of the Winooski Senior Center. Are you looking to give back to the community? Know someone else who is? The Meals on Wheels program provides under-resourced and senior members of the community with a critical service that supports the well being of many Winooski residents.
The Meals on Wheels program has been a historically important service - it supports over 5,000 community-based senior nutrition programs across the country since the 1970's. In Winooski alone, our program priovided almost 10,000 meals to community members during the last fiscal year!

Description
The Community Services Department oversees the Parks and Rec Department, The Winooski Senior Center, the Winooski Memorial Library, Thrive Afterschool Programming, The O'Brien Community Center, and the Winooski Community Gardens.
