Our Animal Clinic sees between 40-60 clients a day. Our Animal Clinic could use some help with administrative work.

Available duties/tasks:

  • Mail reminder cards for appointments/check-ups.
  • File and/or purging files.
  • Pull charts for upcoming appointments.
  • Answering calls and providing guest service.

The Central Brevard Humane Society provides animal welfare shelter and programs that foster a humane ethic toward all animals. We also strive to deepen the community's commitment to spaying and neutering, as well as the adoption of homeless companion animals. We believe this to be essential to achieving our purpose of humane care and treatment of all animals.

Description

The Central Brevard Humane Society has served the Brevard Community for more than 50 years, making it the oldest animal welfare organization in Brevard County

Until 1952 Brevard County had no real support for lost pets and homeless animals. In August of that year, a group of animal lovers got together and the Central Brevard Humane Society was born.

Today, the shelter is open seven days a week to help lost pets find their owners and homeless animals find loving homes.

Using donations from the community, over 6,000 dogs, cats, kittens, puppies and other animals are cared for each year.
