Ready for a chance to get out in the community at your favorite restaurants and spread the word about an organization and a cause you care about?

Volunteer Ambassadors play a key role in helping to make Dining Out For Life a success and in raising money to support The Damien Center clients and services!

What is Dining Out For Life?
It's Indy's largest dining fundraiser, and it raises money to support The Damien Center in the local fight against HIV/AIDS. Dozens of local restaurants commit to giving 25, 50, or 100% of their sales on April 27 to The Damien Center, and in exchange, we help them bring more folks into their restaurants and educate them about HIV/AIDS.

So what's your commitment?
Ambassadors will be assigned to one of our participating restaurants either individually or in teams of two. It will be your job to promote that restaurant to your friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors to encourage as many people as possible to dine out there on April 27. Ambassadors will be present at the restaurant during the event to talk to diners about The Damien Center and our services and to encourage diners to make a contribution to The Damien Center.

An Ambassador's commitment will consist of a 4 to 5-hour restaurant shift on April 27, and one 1.5 hours Dining Out For Life Orientation, and time spent promoting your restaurant during the month of April.
