The Yolo Food Bank harvests, packs and distributes fresh fruits and vegtables throughout Yolo County. Most of the produce that Yolo Food Bank recieves is donated by local farmers.
Volunteers are needed to harvest fresh produce at beautiful farms across Yolo County throughout the summer. Most harvests will be in Davis and Woodland. Groups will be trained on proper harvest techniques from knowledgeable food bank staff, while enjoying summer mornings picking fresh produce.
