Would you like to be on the radio while making daily news and media accessible to persons who are blind or visually impaired? Cincinnati Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired is looking for volunteers to join our radio reading family. We are in need of volunteers to read The Cincinnati Enquirer on Monday mornings from 8:00-9:00 a.m. Volunteers will need to be at CABVI at 7:30 a.m. in order to prep for the show.
Must be able to read slowly and clearly with good pronunciation. Must be willing to read what is written without inserting personal bias. There is a short cold-read audition that focuses on pronouncing tricky words.
For any questions please contact Jennifer.Holladay@cincyblind.org or call directly at 513-487-4237. Otherwise, you may submit the volunteer application here: http://tinyurl.com/cincyblindvolunteerapp
Thank you!
