Turning the Page is hosting a Community Night event and we need some help to make it run smoothly! We're hosting a few authors who will read their books to families, and then we'll do some fun activities based on her work! Volunteers will work with students to help facilitate these activities and serve as welcome and check-in support at the beginning of the night.
Volunteers must be 18 or older, no experience is necessary, and on-site training and free dinner will be provided. Turning the Page events are held on weeknight evenings at one of our partner schools in North Lawndale. To see dates and sign up, visit tinyurl.com/TTPVolunteers. Contact Emily at elien@turningthepage.org or 773-362-8598 with questions.
