Join Rock Creek Conservancy for a volunteer invasive removal event in the Normanstone section of Rock Creek Park

Event Activity: Volunteers will remove invasive plant species and vines climbing trees in Normanstone.

When: Saturday, March 11th, 2017 from 09:30 am to 12:00 pm

Location: Broad Branch - Volunteers will meet at the entrance of Normanstone Trail at Normanstone Dr. NW (approx. 2979 Normanstone Dr. NW, Washington, DC 20008)

What to Wear: Please dress appropriately for the weather. Wear sturdy boots or sneakers, no sandals. We recommend long pants and sleeves to prevent contact with poison ivy.

What to Bring: Bring water. Tools and gloves will be provided. Feel free to bring your own tools and gloves if you have them.
