Come run with us and learn how you can use your miles to support the mission of the Muscular Dystrophy Association! Team Momentum is the endurance program for the MDA, and we run or walk in marathons or half marathons to help those with muscle disease and ALS. Join us for a 3 mile group run and see how we use our muscles to strengthen theirs! Free refreshments will be provided.
