We are currently looking for volunteers for our newly launched G3 (Get Good Grades) Tutoring program at the Boys and Girls clubs of Thurston County at our Rochester Club!
The G3 program is designed to help kids who are struggling academically to receive one-on-one tutoring that motivates and improves students’ grades and attendance. Our goal is to encourage students to want to learn and improve academically by catering to each student’s own unique learning styles and interests.
We are looking for volunteers who enjoy working with elementary aged students, have a firm understanding of basic mathematical and language arts skills, and can devote at least two hours (one hour/two days) per week for the duration of a school quarter to our program and to your assigned student!
