We are looking for 1-3 people willing to take a volunteer leadership role in our agency as Coordiators of Food Collection Events.
These events occur at local stores- some of who we have existing relationships with already and some with whom we wish to develop relationships.
The role includes helping us schedule food collection events, recruit individual and group volunteers to collect food, prepare collection material, etc.
This is an excellent opportunity to have a major impact on the people we serve, as the majority of food that we collect comes from these drives. We serve approximatly 1,000 meals per month.

Homeward Alliance (formally Homeless Gear) is a Fort Collins-based nonprofit that provides a continuum of services to individuals and families who are homeless or - in some cases - at risk of becoming homeless: supplies that help them survive in the short-term, connections to resources in the interim and links to employment, housing and self-sufficiency in the long-term.
