Guardian Angel Settlement Association is seeking fun and reliable volunteers for our annual auction and dinner. Opportunities include:
- Registration Desk
- Auction Monitors
- Wine Pull Table
- Package Pick-Up Room
- Set up and Break down crews
Auction date is Saturday April 29th, 2017. Volunteers are needed in two shifts: from about 9:00am to 1:00pm, and 4:00pm to 10:00pm. Times are variable depending on the job responsibilities. The evening shift will be provided with dinner and an orientation prior to the event starting. We ask that ALL evening volunteers please wear all black business casual attire with comfortable shoes that you can easily work in. We will provide you with beads and personalized name tags at the event.
We throw great parties for a great cause.
Unlike other annual dinner/auctions, we like to create a FUN, RELAXING environment for our guests. The event is decorated to match the year's theme, complete with props and correlating auction items. Our guests are encouraged to dress as they see fit, so we see the range from casual to business casual.
If you enjoy a good party and want to support a worthwhile cause, we could use your help!
Proceeds from this event educate, clothe, feed, and house over 4,000 seniors, children, and families.
