Entertainment /Stages

We have a great local committee planning this event. We have a volunteer already working on Activities and she needs help with the Entertainment aspect. You would work with her to secure groups to perform at the event (children's choirs, dance groups, etc.) and would be in charge of the activities on the stage.

- Work with ACS Staff on securing stage

- Work with ACS Staff to write & provide a detailed full schedule stage script for emcees & sound booth prior to event. - Activities volunteer mostly has this done, so just assisting & follow through on day of.

- Work closely with Survivor, Luminaria, & Mission Delivery chair to support the 3 major ceremonies.

- Recruit & train ALL volunteers needed to provide stage support. - not too much needed - we can talk!
