Make a Difference in the Life of a Child

Penfield Children's Center, a leading Wisconsin non-profit caring for children with and without special needs celebrating 52 years of service, has fun opportunities for volunteers to help our children ages 0-6 with special art day, with creative art projects! The children come from their preschool classrooms to you in an art room, 8-10 at a time to do their projects. Time frame is 9:00 to 11:30 or 12:00 a.m. on a Tue., Wed. or Thur. (the kids all sleep from 12:30-3:00).

Our kids come from homes 95% below poverty level, and 80% are diagnosed with special needs. It is a wonderful opportunity to share quality time and make a difference.

Corporate groups welcome. Larger groups can also be accommodated for special events. We are supported by United Way among other many donors and welcome any volunteer groups ages 15 and older. We have attached parking for volunteers. No special training needed. Volunteer form provided to be filled out before volunteering.

We also have monthly needs for both outdoor and indoor beautification!

Make a difference in the lives of our children!

Thank you so much!
