THE REAL WINGS INC is an etiquette and life skills nonprofit organization based in Baltimore, MD. We are dedicated to empowering girls aged 10 to 15. In addition, Real Wings mentors’ boys, The G Boys Club, ages 8 to 16. Our mission for both programs is designed to build self-confidence, self-control, and self-love while learning about coping skills, financial literacy, healthy habits, and spiritual awareness. The girls will learn to become young ladies, and the boys will develop their manly character. Our youth will discover their inner strengths and outer worth.
The Real Wings organization will provide a wonderful worthwhile opportunity for volunteers who are seeking to bring their professional skills to the board of a non-profit. This organization will give an opportunity to persons who are interested in helping to make a difference in the lives of young girls, boys and the community.
We need committed persons with knowledge of marketing, grant writing, and social networking skills and interested in helping this organizations reach it's full potential with your time, talent and resoures.
As a board member, you will serve to help bring awareness to the community. You will be a visible advocate for our mission, help make decisions in the best interest of this organization, donate and participate in fundraisers to ensure this organization is able to fully serve youth.If you have a passion for working to make a difference in the lives of the youth, then become a member of The Real Wings, Inc. board.

Mission Statement
Mentoring young ladies ages 10 to 15 to empower, transform and edify their lives emotionally, spiritually and physically through etiquette training.
Description
This ministry, through an etiquette/life skills training program discusses social skills, image management, money management, dinning decorum and includes bible study. The girls and boys who are gaining informative ways to cope with friends, family and the growing challenges of life while having lots of fun. Additionally, the girls learn how to conduct themselves at all times regardless of the situation. They also learn how to let others know they matter. Bible study is conducted at each meeting to help the girls understand God and the meaning of faith.
Wings wants to change America by changing the way a person thinks, so they can inspire change in their family, which inspire change in the community and then America.
