PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Provides Administrative support to the Front Office including data entry, answering and directing phone calls, processing mail, and other administrative and clerical tasks. Responsible for greeting and providing information to clients, donors, and volunteers. Helps make visitors feel valued.
OPEN TIME DAYS
The Dallas Business Office operates Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Volunteers typically serve one 4-hour shift during the 8 hour work day. Each day has two shifts.
Shift times vary by office. Volunteer Services will provide more detail to you. ｠
