The Logistics & Gifts In-Kind Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of inbound and outbound in-kind donations to the VA Support Team in the State of Florida. This key volunteer works with a team of Logistics Managers to assure the goods are distributed where needed and in accordance with Organization objectives.
Representative Duties:
Arrange for pickup and delivery of donated goods, value and arrange for storage until distribution. Prepare and submit supporting paperwork.
Maintain inventory of in kind goods and assure timely turnover.
Monitor and audit locations around the state to assure compliance with existing policy and procedure. Troubleshoot problems and establish best practices.
Maintain awareness of opportunities to expand in kind donations, collaborating with team members as needed.
