Join us as volunteer for the Steve Nash Foundation's 2017 Showdown!
We are looking for energetic, friendly, and committed volunteers for our event on June 21, 2017.
- Event: Steve Nash Foundation Showdown
- Date: June 21, 2017
- Location: Sara D. Roosevelt Park (Lower East Side, NYC)
- Hours: We can accommodate volunteers for 4-8 hour shifts between 7am and 10pm. We will also require attendance at an in-person volunteer team meeting on Monday, June 19.
What you will be doing: We have a variety of tasks and roles that we need help with and will make sure to place you at the best location for your skills and ability. Tasks could include: set-up, break-down, check-in, field-side support, Scoreboard support, helping our sponsors set up, etc.

Areas of focus include early childhood development and health, and neuroscience around child abuse and neglect, with a goal of improved outcomes for children of all socio-economic backgrounds.
