PLACEMENT PURPOSE
To establish a dedicated, regionally-based workforce to enhance Financial Shared Services activities, and to provide support to the Billing Department in identifying and resolving past due invoice issues. Gently reminding our business customers to pay from their invoice enables the Red Cross to continue meeting our service delivery mission.
