PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Under direct supervision, the IT End User Services (EUS) Administrative Support Volunteer assists with the Information Technology End User Support Volunteer Program, including volunteer registration, placement and follow-up. Performs administrative tasks such as development and maintenance of program portal/website information, reports, supporting documentation and communications. Typically works and communicates with individuals within IT and occasionally with contacts outside of IT.
