PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Disaster Workers for the American Red Cross are the first line of response after a disaster event. Volunteers in this role understand and provide a variety of basic services to our communities ranging from Sheltering, Feeding, Disaster Assessment, and Bulk Distribution.
OPEN TIME DAYS
Varies dependent on disaster event.
Once your Disaster Worker training is complete you will be added to our roster of active Disaster Worker volunteers and you may be called upon to volunteer.
