PLACEMENT PURPOSE
Being a member of the on-call team is a great way to get involved with Public Affairs and help get the word out about the Red Cross. The on-call team ensures that we have 24/7 public affairs coverage by distributing press releases related to disaster responses, sharing info about these responses on social media and answering initial media inquiries and questions from DAT members. You can easily do this and also volunteer in other aspects of public affairs, communications, or anywhere in the Red Cross!
OPEN TIME DAYS
minimum 2 shifts/month, remote, sign up for a regularly scheduled shift or substitute when someone else is unable to cover their regular shift｠｠
