PLACEMENT PURPOSE
The Red Cross responds on the scene of emergencies to help provide for the urgent needs of disaster victims. Disaster responders are needed to support Local, Regional, or National disasters in a variety of capacities. Responders serve their communities by providing Mass Care, Casework, Health and Mental Health services, Spiritual Care, or working behind the scenes in External relations, Logistics, Planning, and Disaster Assessment.
OPEN TIME DAYS
- Available to be on call one or more times a year to assist on a relief operation
