PLACEMENT PURPOSE
A Community Volunteer Leader (CVL) Team Lead is a leadership volunteer who works in partnership with the Executive Director or Regional Executive and team of CVLs in their region with the primary goal of building capacity to grow the volunteer base to deliver the local Red Cross mission.
